We had that happen to my kids. The only one the roo would let into the pen was me because I wouldn't put up with it. I fought him back until he found I was top rooster in the pen. Worked for us... although we did finally get rid of him to a fine hispanic friend.
Yes she is eating and drinking a little, but not to the extent i think she should. I'll kick her out at least once a day to make her get some exercise.
