Chickens hurt my quail what can i do to help??

I raises 3 chicks and all ended up being roosters so i am getting rid of one for sure then keeping the other two amd im goin to leave one in my main pen i need some ideas on a single rooster pen that could purpose as a breeding pen that i could put a hen in there with him when the time comes...

I have 1 female coturnix and 1 male and 2 female bobwhite quail they are all together and the coturnix lays 1 a day most of the time and we looked once and there was an egg and i little bit later we looked and there was a plain white egg..... Could it be a bobwhite egg???

I have had my 3 bobwhite quail for a while now (1 male and 2 females) and they are fully mature when should they start mating or what should i do to improve the possibilities???
