    This coyote has been brave enough to come into yards in the neighborhood in the middle of the day while people were home, grab a chicken & take off with it!!

    I'm actually using 3 thermometer's The digital one I got just to try to watch humidity...One came with the unit...and the 3rd is one I use for A/C on autos and is pretty accurate and sensitive..

    If I don't add water it drops down to 21-23%...we have pretty low humidity in Az..

    entering 3rd day temp & humidy have stayed pretty much in these areas...mostly fluctuating when I add water...

    Awesome advice, thanks.. I'm watching closely & humidity seems to be dropping about 8-10% an hour..hopefully I'll have it stable by morning to put the eggs in..

    I opened it and emptyed all the water out and am waiting now to see what happens.

    Thank you for the advice....After I removed the plugs again it came down to 65%...I emptyed most all the water to see how it stabilizes now...Planning on putting eggs in tomorrow am, so I hope I can it to the proper numbers..

    Put in the 2 red plugs and temp & humidity went up right away, so I removed them again...

    neighbors are losing chickens also, sometimes up to 5 a night...some are saying they've seen a cougar or small mountain lion..we're setting a more serious trap near the live trap over the weekend to see what we catch..
