I am the Knight Industries Two Thousand, K-I-T-T . You may call me KITT. I am a 1982 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am , outfitted with sophisticated computers, sensors and scanners. But I am not just a bunch of microchips - I can love, hate, learn and fear like any human - in fact, I'm terrified of flying. And I can see, smell, hear, speak, drive myself, and auto-tint my windows if the sun is bothering my sensors or I need to hide my driver (or the fact that I have no driver). Being a car, it's rather hard to get someone to take my human-like capabilities seriously.
