    Hello! New to chicken raising. We recently got 10 chickens. The Texas heat is a battle. I have a fan blowing into the coop and frozen water bottles.

    Yes our projected high was 108 today, but I think it is only going to get to 105 here. It’s been over 100 for some time.

    I’m open to any suggestions for better ways to keep the chickens cool.

    Do you wrap the bottles in anything? I had read to freeze water bottles and wrap in towels.
