    Okay I think you are correct! She was in the mixed bantam tank at TSC and she was tiny and solid black like in the first picture. She was the only one like that (that’s why my son picked her out).

    They are all the same age within 4-6 weeks.

    Here is a better picture of her face. I seen another post of a Dutch bantam… could that possibly be what she is. Maybe I’m mistaken and she’s one from ideal. But those are the only two places I’ve gotten chicks from.

    Thank you for the quick response… Jemmifer it is. Now I’m curious if it’s her leaving me a egg a day. She is about 9 months old. By chance do you know what kind of hen she is? She was one of 4 that I got from TSC. All my others were ordered from Ideal.

    Can someone please tell me if my Jimmy is in fact a Jimmy or a Jemmifer? For the past two weeks he has been getting in my nesting boxes and spending part of the day in there. He is so sweet and always jumps in my car to greet me (also to find snacks my kids may have dropped). Thanks in advance.
