Does anyone know where I can get at least semi-local guinea eggs and pekin eggs for hatching? I live about an hr from the Alabama border in Wayne county tn.
Thanks in advance to anyone with info. :fl
Thank you :) incubating was the easy part, hatching stressed me lol. I have a variety of colors. The ones with the yellow down and brown down are my fav.
Thank you! The lady I got my eggs from had every color muscovy so I should have a variety. I'm excited to see how they feather out. If yours has been sitting for 22 days it won't be to much longer although it will seem an eternity lol.
Our newly hatched muscovy babies! Incubation was a breeze. The hatching part stressed me out but here they are!!! If I sexed them correctly we have 12 girls, 8 boys, 2 still getting their legs under them and the last one drying off.
I noticed when they are attempting to internally pip it looks darker. With my ducks once they finally internally pipped I could see the bill up higher in the air pocket and the color of the bill looks lighter. I'm not an expert lol but that is what I noticed. Have you candled them since then?
