Hello I just had two chicks that were due tomorrow born just a few minutes ago. Is there any harm in leaving them in the incubator all night? There still very wet and tired.
So for Internal Laying they can't be helped? I did everything I thought I could for her and in the end it got the best of her. Felt bad cutting her open but I needed to know what happened.
I need some help! One of my Rhode Island Reds became a little ill and I thought she was egg bound. But I followed all the steps to making sure and I never found and egg. Several days later she was fine, but I never saw her lay an egg. Three days ago I picked her up and he stomach is all hard so...
one hatched today! the other ones looked as though the belly didn't forma all the way. I had issue with my incubator and the temp was pretty high a few times and that might have done it I'm not sure. Going to try again after I purchase a new incubator
I didn’t really think she was going to continue to lay on her eggs this is her third attempt she keep leaving the eggs and they got cold. She has one egg left and I was told it should hatch within a few days. Never done this before so I’m unsure how long to wait.
