I'm praying it's just early bumblefoot or just a mild foot injury for your girl. Might be best to seperate her from the rest of the flock for now (if you haven't done that already) my girls picked on tge one that couldn't walk well pretty badly. She wasn't getting the food and water she needed.

I'm worried she is a he..... I'm new to keeping chickens and I'm already down to 8 in my flock. I started with 11. 2 of my "ladies" turned out to be guys and 1 was taken away in the night by a raccoon or some sort of predator.
