We purchased our 14 acre homestead in October 2019 and are working on making it into our family business. I bought 6 chickens in November of 2019 and love them more every day! I say this based on no prior chicken experience and only a short time as a "chicken tender," but they have got to be some of the best chickens there are!

We are now planning to expand our flock with chicks (hatching some ourselves), and building some chicken tractors. My goal is to be able to sell eggs by the fall, and possibly get into breeding down the road.
