Oh my gosh what a cutie! Excuse me if this sounds dumb but I really neverrr have had dog trained. So did you train him yourself or did you go somewhere? And if you did it yourself what where some of your tactics to get them comfortable with baby chicks ? Anyways thank you!
Hello so lately I’ve been in the search for a dog again. I finally have enough space to keep one :)
I strictly want to adopt, I’m seriously tired of seeing so many pups abandoned. On that note there aren’t many breed options.
I’d like to get a puppy so I can have them around animals since young...
Yes it’s the dry version.
sorry All the questions but.. when will it be completely gone? Like when all the warts are gone? I only have 1 hen left with one on her eye. It’s been 4 weeks I’m just curious.
Not that I’ve seen (since it’s getting colder) but there could be maybe some?, in addition the brooder will be fully covered by a sheet. What if they do get it, do you think they will die?
Hello everyone so about 4 weeks ago I spotted fowlpox in my flock. Thankfully now it’s almost completely gone except one hen still has a wart near her eye.
now I hatched very expensive cream legbar chicks 3 WEEKS AGO. I’ve kept them inside to avoid them getting the virus.
They’re getting too...
hiding them is not rare though! my polishes will lay anywhere but the nesting box. Eating them, i dont think so. You'd find remains. unless theyre hiding the remains. i say get the Layer feed (it wont affect the roosters) and go on a egg hunt to see if you find any eggs. Small dark/ or cool...
Its probably that they already could be at laying age but their first few months of laying got paused by the weather (to hot or too cold). So as soon as the temperature and light regulates (spring beginning of summer) they should be laying. My polishes are the worst layers though, not a good...
Yeah i know its scary, one of mines has an eye just like yours! except she has a bunch of growths all over it also. its slowly recovering. Dont stress yourself on it so much! thankfully (the dry form) is very rarely deadly.
Hello so I hatched some cream leg bars. The males are all very light colored with no patterns and the females are all distinctively darker.
these are all kinda in between! Please help
I currently have fowlpox in my flock! Mostly everyone's recovered greatly but 3-4 still have it but it's getting better. I say let them be, the truth is they are probably now all infected but it takes time to start showing signs. If it's the dry kind give them nutri drench and alot of vitimans...
