Last year I hatched a chick from a Splash Bantam Wyandotte rooster and a White Silkie hen, this chick grew into a rooster with white legs.
This year I hatched some of his chicks from Blue Silkie hens, some of the chicks have black legs and some have orange.
I am wondering if the leg color is...

These are the first two chicks in the original post, they are 24 weeks old this week and Basil is definitely a rooster
