    Orpington cross sex links?

    Sorry to jump on this thread but it confuses me too. These lighter ones are from Whiting True Green hen X Lavender Orpington roo. In the past I’ve only hatched out darker chicks with red heads, so these took me off guard. Could they be sexed by these markings too. Thank you for any responses.

    Thank you. The BCM Cross Roos father is definitely a Lavender. I was figuring he was still too young. I wonder what they will look like? Lavender Roo x Whiting hen has thrown darker chicks in the past so these littles really threw me off.

    Lavender Orpington chicks and yellowing
