    This may be an odd question, but I have Coturnix male that has a call like a Bobwhite has anyone ever ran across any Bobwhite Coturnix crosses, this is the first one I've ever had that sounds that way, the birds came from eggs I had purchased.

    Do any of you have a Black Copper Marans rooster you would be willing to sell, I have 7 BC Hens but lost my rooster a few months ago. I live in Peggs, which is north of Tahlequah, anywhere in northeast Oklahoma would be ideal.

    You may try keeping him till he crows, my BCM's don't crow that much and their not that loud, my legorn roo on the other hand never shuts up and you can hear him a mile away.

    It sure looks to be a roo my BCM's are 6 months old and my pullets have started laying but my roo's still don't have much of a tail yet, and their the same age.

    California Gray???

    I have California Whites and Grays both, the ones I have are as calm as my RIR's and BCM's, but I also get in the coops and mess with them everyday. And as far as egg laying mine lay 6 to 7 eggs a week per bird, but their not a good meat bird, the meat is good just not much of it.

    I have a BCM pullet that has kind of saggy looking eye that has bubbles in it, I just noticed it yesterday she isn't weezing or sneezing or any other respiratory issues any ideas I'm thinking mycoplasma. I hate medicating my birds but don't want to loose her was thinking about trying duramicin...
