    Yes its a good sign! They should hatch by tomorrow. What i meant was im not sure how the hatch rate will be by the candling

    We have our first pip at day 15 ! I was nervous because when. I candled them some of the air cells were on the side and some were very large. We will see soon ! I will keep you posted 😊

    I just put my buttons in lockdown and candled them . A few had the air cell on the side and 2 are large. Is this normal? I'm so worried about them.

    Thay should be good then. Mine go into lockdown Friday! And i also have jumbo white and more celadon coming from a ebay seller and 30 mixed feather sexable from myshire. I wanted variety and made plenty of room.maybe i went overboard lol.😂

    It hasn't got lower then 2% so far but if it does you can add a tiny bit of water. I'm going to raise humidity to 55% on lockdown. Have you calibrated your hygrometer?

    Help ! Baby quail curled toes

    We taped the 2nd one yesterday and checked it out today and not much difference so we re did the tape and used a bandaid this time. Hopefully it will will improve. It's eating and drinking and gets around .I haven't done the b- complex but im gonna order some. Thank you for the advice.

    It's doing great ! Good as new. I did the tape method. We took it off yesterday. The last one to hatch has curled toes worst ( it took over 3 hours to get out after it was zipped all the way around) and we did the same. Im gonna give it another day to see how its doing.
