    thanks... Im not sure it would be a hawk or racoon as Im in the UK ! My neighbour has recently moved in and had some netting over the top of her coop as a tempory measure while she was building her run , but we both have roaming chickens either side of her and have never had anything like this...

    Hi , my neighbours chickens have dissappered?! Something got into the coop/run this afternoon and now they have all gone. We have found one at the top of the garden that has no feathers or head on ? We thought it maybe a fox but didnt think they normally ate them ? Does anybody have any idea...
