    Thank you! I contacted the breeder and she showed me that all her ba pullets have about this big Comb and they all are in orange , white pinkish color under different lighting. She told me the cockerels show bright red comb and wattles already at this age.

    thank you! yea 2 weeks later, it looks more and more like a hen. the comb doesnt get bigger, and it doesnt turn red.

    Hi everyone, I got this 5 weeks black austrolorp “pullet”, is it a real she? I found the comb is a little big compared to my bo, but it’s not very pink/red. Thanks for any input. Much appreciated.

    I hatched the chick out of an egg, from egg seller info, i believe it's a jersey giant x white leghorn. It just turned 3 weeks old, and big! can you tell if it's pullet or cockerel? I checked wing feather when it was days old, and it looked like a pullet.... but i have zero experience.... any...
