Food Scraps?
The only scraps I have found that mine won't eat are raw carrots. Everything else they love. Hamburger, pork, beef, lettuce, corn, peas, bread, pancakes etc. etc. etc.- kg5ie

Favorite Treats?
Mine fight over tomatoes....thus I have to keep the garden off limits to them. They also go crazy fighting over small bull frogs I fish out of the pool. They love them. I have also fed lettuce, carrot peelings, and cabbage. But their all time favorite treat is popcorn. Lightly salted.- kg5ie

Pullets Stopped Laying!!!
A few weeks back I thought mine stopped laying. Nope, a chicken snake was getting the eggs. New little critters.

My hens quit laying in the hen house and started laying in the flower beds. At first I thought they just wanted the nesting hay refreshed.
