    I have it for only two days. At night I keep it in the large box that I made with some straw in it. At day time it walks around my back yard. Have no idea how old it is though and also do I need to take it to the vet?

    I’ve never had chickens before, this is my first. It literally followed me to my car and wanted to jump in. Couldn’t leave it in the forest.

    Hello, few days ago while hiking , I’ve found a chicken in the middle of the woods. It was so friendly and didn’t want me to leave. I guess it was lost. I brought it home. I’m assuming it’s a Black Cochin Bantam. Can anyone tell me if it’s a hen or a rooster ( I’m thinking hen, but not sure)...
