Greece, in upstate NY, by Rochester, has a zoning code stating that chickens cannot be kept. I want to learn ways to fight the Zoning Board of Appeals, who make prospective chicken parents have to pay nearly $700 for filing paperwork, have a current survey of the property, and for the appeal to be considered, only to be denied after jumping through hoops and paying a lot of money.
