    Thanks! It looks like they eventually go red, that is 2 out of 3 that aren’t the breed I thought they were from that feed store. My Olive Egger has turned out to be a black sexlink but As long as they all turn out to be pullets I will be happy with them!

    As others have said, I would reduce the to a nearly hay diet, maybe a few supplements just make sure that she is getting the vitamins she needs.

    Hi all, I am a new chicken owner, I got 5 chicks about 3 weeks ago. I have 2 EE's Peaches and Basil a RIR Pennyworth, a white Leghorn Chamomile, and a black sexlink I think she was miss labeled as a Olive egger but as her feathers come in, it is clear she not an Olive Egger, but I love Tansy...

    Chick suddenly has a limp

    Thanks for your replies, I checked her leg and it looked fine and this morning she was scratching and acting normal. I am so glad it went away as suddenly as it came, as she is my sweetest!

    It was a nice sunny day so I let my chicks go out in a little chicken tractor that is enclosed. I tried to keep an eye on them as I feed and watered the horse but I came back to find that Basil my EE suddenly has a limp, she is about 3 weeks old and has been healthy so far, I can't see any...
