    Normal Molting?

    My buff has this on her neck/chest. I'm hoping its normal molting, but it looks a little flaky. No blood present. No bullying that I have witnessed. Happy chickens...worry wart mom. Thanks

    Oh, and the dark coloring is just her beak. It's just the round red scab. Not the best pic (she didn't like my phone)

    She is acting fine, been there for two or three days. Gets along well with three other girls. Do I apply anything to it? Just a scab or possible disease? Sorry, it's my first injury.

    My coop is finally done and the girls are 6 weeks old. They have been in a storage tub brooder and moving to a large dog crate during the day for the last week.
