My female Turkey has been doing this every time I go in their pen ...I dont know why just sucks cause then the tom comes over and him I do have to be cautious about

I have a Male n female turkey.
Male= Blue Slate
Female= midget white
Male as a adult isn't that friendly...female usually is cuddly but lately they both puff up at me and chase me out of their pen...
Any ideas!??
