    Hi This is a pic of one of my eggs. They all look like that except one. Are they growing or dead? This is the first time I have ever done it. One looks different. It has nothing floating at the top but I can see a red ring around the shell. Any advice if this is working would be great...

    Thank you...I also think the humidity thermometer and temp. therm. is a little off. I bought a wireless one today that seems to be giving more accurate temp. Ugh.... I am so nervous. funny huh?
