    According to the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving.. It says to water bath pints for 20 minutes.

    Yesterday I canned some Hot Dilly Beans, some jalapeno and banana pepper rings and one jar of very hot mixed peppers that contain cayenne peppers, jalapeno's and some very very hot black pearl peppers...

    Has anyone ever used regular cornstarch instead of clear jel? I read somewhere that the only difference is that cornstarch just makes your food look cloudy but tastes the same. Any insight on this anyone?

    Yummm... banana bread sounds good, but then again so does apple crisp... Never tried the white mexican chilli but sounds good.
