We've had a sad and catastrophic development overnight. I went out to check on Winnie at 10pm in the coop. She was "fine" but I noticed our other hen Henny was laying with her neck at a strange angle. I tried to pick her up and she was limp. I ran ran her into the house and within minutes she...
Need help!
My sweet girl Winnie has this poop today. She has lost weight but others or seems normal. Other than being broody which is how this all started. She wouldn't come out of the box. We were attributing everything to brooding as but now I'm freaking out after this poop and her weight...
That's a relief! Sort of...Should we continue trying to break her, or just leave her be? We're worried she won't eat and drink enough if we don't lock her out of the nesting box.

My tiny silkie has pasty butt. I've just been cleaning her bum with a warm paper towel frequently.
When I first got her, she was weak, drinking but not eating and her poo was clear. I gave her some sugar water and Pedialyte which seemed to perk her up. Made her feed into mash by adding water...
