I hatched this baby from mystery eggs. I think it is a Brahma maybe.. I want to verify that this is splay leg or spraddle leg. I have braced it with a rubber band and a straw also also with a bandaid. No improvement. It’s about 30 hours old now.

For some crazy reason, my girls are not going inside when it rains. It’s 60 degrees out and I just realized they were out and didn’t go into their sheltered area or in the coop. They have just been standing around getting rained on for hours I think. I’m afraid they will get chilled…should I dry...

I just got new babies and all but the Batam Silkie made it into the coop- which is an Eglu Cube. Poor little baby can’t fly up like the rest and she couldn’t figure out how to walk up the ladder. The ladder is has wire mesh on top. She was in a panic. We have had to put her up there every night...
I’m pretty sure the red one is a rooster. I am looking for other opinions and does anyone know what breed it is? I hatched them and the lady I got them from told me they would be silver laced Wyandotte and that isn’t the case! They are about 2 months old.
Hi. My chicks are 3 weeks old. Suddenly , two of them have started developing different combs from all the rest. One of them looks much more red. I think the one on the right might be me and the one on the left is female. Can anyone offer their experience?
