    This is an option we have discussed but our 5 year old is pretty attached to both roos. Funny how that works, huh? Maybe he will change his mind if one of them starts chasing him. We have some time to figure out our options but we are leaning toward having two coops as we have plenty of space...

    I googled how to sex a 3 month old chick. I was nervous I had 2 roos out of 4 chickens and now thanks to BYC I'm pretty sure I do

    Hi!

    Looks like I have two cockerels. As of right now we are thinking of having another coop to prevent any fights or issues for our hens. Now that our feet are wet, we are planning on jumping in and getting 10 to 15 more hens

    Yes, that is the chick that I saw crow. Here are my babies! The first is Sunny who I'm sure is a hen The second is Stinker who I also think is a hen The third is Hoot who I am sure is also a roo And the last is most of them together

    I have a four 3 month old chicks and one I'm positive is a rooster and I thought the other 3 were hens until this morning when I saw and heard one of them crow. What do y'all think this chicken is?
