    Peacocks/Peahens...

The Female peafowl don't bother my chickens or my property for the most part they just hang out and wander around. The male is the one that is aggressive with my chickens. Maybe this is just an issue that my birds don't like him so they run from him or he really is chasing them I don't know. I...

    Peacocks/Peahens...

Thank you! I really dont want to harm them, but I also dont want them. We have a local wildlife rescue I may see if they can help in any way. Wish the owner cared more.

    Peacocks/Peahens...

Does anyone have any recommendations on keeping away Peacocks/Peahens? We live in the country on 3.5 acres, our neighbors raised/breed pheasants, peacocks, and peahens at one point. Their Lab ate all of their chickens and ducks and they don't really care about the remaining birds nor do they...

    Are these fertilized?

This silky maybe? It’s the only one that looks different. It does a weird little head twitch all the time.

    Are these fertilized?

These eggs are from my silkies, none of them have crowed, I have a bantam Cochin that’s a little more aggressive but when I was cracking eggs this morning I noticed the circle in the middle.

Little Black spots on comb?? Please help

New chicken mama here. I just noticed my black sex link has little tiny black spots on her comb. None of the other chickens seem to have any but she has the largest comb. I checked under her feathers and everything looks normal? Can anyone tell me what it looks like? TIA

    Weed Killer safety

We recently built a house so have no landscaping yet. When I let my girls out they rummage through the weeds. My husband sprayed the weeds last night and is convinced we only need to wait 24 hours till we let them out again. I know this is the case with dogs but is it the same for chickens? We...
