My Indian Runner Duck (Billy/Billie depending on Gender) is 3 weeks old and so far has been growing at a mad rate, however in the last two days his poo is often very runny. It is sometimes black or white, but whatever the colour it comes out with no solids.

Thank you for the reply! The Chickens are all pre-point of lay. I believe the only one laying now is the Cou Cou, whereas the two Faverolles' are soon to lay in the next few weeks and the Hy-Line longer still. The Hy-Line is the newest to the lot and the smallest, so maybe that makes the best...
Thanks for the reply - my apologies for not replying sooner! They have all been fine since and the Cou Cou is now a regular layer.
I have even rebuilt the coop with a new roof...lord it was big haha.

I posted a while back with sad news about the Sussex dying, but luckily the others have been fine since and we are now getting two more to join the gang.
My personal pet is a 3 days old Indian Runner Duckling which is unbearably cute.
A few questions as a first time owner are...
To add to this the following morning, the Cou Cou didn't want to leave the coop earlier. She is out now and behaving normally so far as we can tell, but we can't help but feel it could be something affecting the flock.
