    I hatched them so positive on age. we haven't had any more eggs they were really small about half size. I'm beginning to wonder if just some other bird got in there. Very perplexed I have not seen anymore

    Sorry I fixed it it was 1-16. That makes them about 9 weeks. We have tried to think of anywhere else those eggs could come from but they were the only chickens we had. And they were locked in the coop.

    Thank you all for the sweet welcome. We just bought this dog and of course we had to bring along three of her Nigerian Buddies. So hopefully this will help with our coyote chicken problem. I remember reading once that chickens were the gateway drug to homesteading.
