    Yes that's how they look, they don't seem sick other than that :) it's 65 right now but it was 80 today. Hopefully that's all it is!! Thank you!

    I have 3 pullets and 2 cockerels...all 4-5 months old. All clean and healthy. They've free ranged all day. I just went to close the coop and they are all roosting and 3 of them are breathing with their mouths open...is this normal? I haven't seen them do this before and tonight is the 2nd night...

    i have a flock of black Wyandottes. They are just black, not laced. I recently got a splash rooster. If I cross them, what could I get? I plan on getting another coop to keep the BLRW flock, but until then I'm curious what my outcome could be if I put my rooster with my black hens?

    Wacky temperature

    I have a Farm Innovation circulated air incubator that worked perfectly last spring. I pulled it out the day before yesterday and plugged it in to get it ready for eggs.
