Oh more like the feather's base being thicker than usual and fortunately the quills did not form my gander did get quills pointing to each side,looked uncomfortable- L.Santos

Alright,she can food share with the rooster now,I cut off the protein when I saw her feathers swell,but now tjey catched up with her wings,umm wonder what it is then- L.Santos
