    Gotcha! Mine are so called chirping and talking to each other all the time but one of them will go after my lil puppy if she gets to close to the water.no hissing yet though

    Oh ok, I ask because they have like a teal greenish color on the feathers that cover their wings. At the age they are, would it be possible to tell what is male or female? My friend didn't know either when she gave them to me.

    I have a pair of juvenile Muscovy ducks. Can anyone tell what kind they are? A friend gave them to me as ducklings. Also, when can you tell the male from the females? Thanks a BUNCH!!!![/IMG]

    So I pushed my hen off the nest and took her chicks outside in her coop. She quickly did a cluck and led the chicks back in the roost. Any ideas? She is the only hen with my RIR rooster.

    She decided 19 eggs was enough to sit. Ive counted 9 chicks so far.
