    Winter is coming

    I found out I needed to go to a large battery (rv battery) to keep enough charge to get through those dark sunless stretches. My door is homemade but has worked great when the battery has a charge.

    What made you happy today?

    After replacing the kitchen faucet and drain pipes yesterday there are no leaks. I dislike plumbing and when things go right I consider it a blessing. :thumbsup

    My B.Rocks are in full molt but are 2.5 years old, I call them bear bottom girls. A couple of these molted there 1st fall.

    What did you do in the garden today?

    Weather man said a few sprinkles in the morning its been raining all day. When I fead the girls I looked at how dead the garden looks ( mid 20s last couple nights), I now can dig the Gladiolas bulbs and about 20 feet of carrots.

    Make a English muffin with egg, cheese and sausage patty. Unload a half cord of firewood from my trailer. Clear my trail out to my deer hunting area, Raspberries' vines sure grew well this summer.
