You can try searching up poultry predator diagnosis to find some other websites that have information about different types of animals. From your description, I agree with azygous about either dog or raccoon. Since the bodies...
Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I'll definitely be checking it out and getting one so I can hopefully catch which predators frequent the coop.
Thank you all for the replies! We've come to the conclusion that the predator was a weasel or raccoon, based on how the ducks were killed and how the animal slipped into the coop.
Hello,
Yesterday morning, our adult Pekin was killed in the coop. Her head and neck were bloody and I could not make out her face. A predator had eaten her insides from the back, in the place between her legs and tail. She was left in the cage, and we discovered a small hole above the ground. I...
@Pyxis
Ok, will do! We'll make sure to do those things. Thanks so much!
@CayugaJana Yes, it's our only Pekin. We have some Rouens too. We do put water in their feed, and the Pekin eats a lot. After he rests, he can get pretty loud and active.

We just recently got some ducklings, and one of them, a Pekin, is very tired, sleeps a lot, and has had clear poop a few times in a row. I'm new to ducks, and I'm really worried. Does anyone know what I should do, or if this is normal?
