    Why don't my bobwhite quail call bobwhite

    I have 3 male and 4 female bobs. They are 1yr / 12mths old this month. April. Starting in the early morning, the male's do a hi/lo yell But they do not do the "bobwhite" call or whistle. Anyone know why? They are northern bobs with white faces. Thanks for any answers.

    Keeping Quail on the wire clean

    Can you clip 3-4 week old Bobwhite Quail wings?

    I wasn't sure if they are to young and their wing feathers may still be coming in but they have flown out already as I try to service the brooder box I have them in. I try to only open the door far enough but they still fly out. Thanks for the answers Larry
