    I was suspicious of 2 but hoping the opposite. Hopefully they will be quiet boys that are nice so we can keep them around. In the end we got 8 girls which was the hope.

    We’ll get pictures tomorrow morning; we got these putting them to bed. For parents it was an open barnyard with 7 mixed roos and a few hundred various hens. We just bought a pack of fertilized and incubated. What breed they are isn’t overly important just curiosity.

    We hatched 6 new additions and I think we got pretty lucky with 5/6 hens but would like to verify with the crowd. Breed ideas would also be appreciated but we know they are barnyard mix so it's no super important. Appreciate everyone's time!

    We have another 6 various hatchlings at about 3 weeks. Sadly it looks like about 3 more males there. Not the best of luck so far!
