The field next to our house produces a bunch of 'volunteer' sunflowers. I just cut the heads off and throw them to the chickens. They make short work of them!- lathorne65

I think the best thing to do is put the ACV in a spray bottle, spray everything down, let air dry, and then add fresh bedding.- lathorne65

As we get closer to winter, I'm sure many newbies, such as myself, will want to know the answer to 'How do you keep your waterers from freezing?' I saw a video and I am going to try the rock salt in a water bottle trick and see if they guy was telling the truth or just blowing smoke... What are...- lathorne65

New chicken keeper
I just came in from giving them "breakfast in bed". I have a plastic deli cup I use to scoop the girls treats with.
