    I don't think so. They have a big feeder in the coop and free feed, so there's not usually any gobbling. It seems pretty random.

    He does not do it constantly, but he does it a lot. He still occasionally crows like normal. His breathing seems to be fine otherwise

    Cannot get the video to upload. he walks forward with his head down, in circles squawking. No other birds in the coop seem to have the same problem. How do you deal with something stuck in his crop?

    My adult roo makes this awful squawk and walks in circles with his head down f for what seems like long periods of time. Seems like he's lost weight too. I will post a video when I can. He's about 2-3 years old, barred rock. Thoughts?

    egg quality/ easily broken yolks

    I've noticed that the yolks of my eggs break very easily. It doesn't seem to matter which chickens lay them. I have several Easter eggers, 2 golden sex-links, a Polish, a couple barred rocks.... Any recommendations for diet to help with this problem? Also, one of my barred rocks had her top...

    Hurricane stopped all egg laying

    Is it common for hens to stop laying after a hurricane or other bad weather event? My 14 hens, normally lay about 10-12 eggs/day are down to only one and sometimes none since Florence blew through. They were safe inside the coop, and we didn't flood. What can i do... besides wait?
