Hi so when I got my chicken the lady was going to kill her cus she was 2 1/2 and not laying anymore. Well we have had her for a month and her comb was so small. Now its really big and she is laying everyday almost. If she was grown already when we got her why would her comb grow????? I'm new to...- lauramb

Not yet but she is starting to eat from our hands and lose some of her broody feathers that the lady said she would do if she came out of broody. She hangs out with us now and follows us around I think she likes us now ;) she is a great bird I'm glad we got her. She and my other chicken have...- lauramb

All I know is she is now friends with my chicken they roll in dirt together and they both look happy :) so I'm happy! They made friends fast no fighting at all! ;) thanks for all your help and info.- lauramb

The lady said she is 2. No egg yet but the lady said she is broody. I don't see her laying on anything all-day she comes out with the other chicken and plays with her. I just think she didn't like that lady lol- lauramb
