    Are the hens still available? A dog killed 11 of our flock and we absolutely need laying hens as we have CSA boxes to fill each week and customers are expecting eggs. We treat our hens very well, How far are you from the Bristol TN/VA area?

    Barred Rock - Too much personality for small flock needs a new home

    I would love to have your barred rock but we live in southwest Virginia. If you still have her, could you check on shipping cost and we could pay it. Our barred rock went to our county petting zoo last two years but a dog recently killed her.

    Help! A dog killed a dozen of our laying hens. Need brown or blue egg laying hens that we can pick up within 200 or so miles of Bristol Virginia.
