He did pass away after 3 days. It must've been internal injuries. Sad that I did this to him. Lesson learned: proper flashlight use, when in the dark away from other light source!

I see this is an old post, but just happened to me last night! Accidentally stepped on my beautiful 1 month old Copper Marans Roo. Have been trying to help him drink water fortified Chick drink. Am aware of the need for culling, but not yet ready to do that.
