New to chickens this year. Got a 6 pack of Red Sex-links from Tractor supply. Anyway, all is going very well with eggs coming in like crazy - then today I get this;
All pale and goofy looking. Shell is hard, so not soft or unformed at all. Any thoughts?

Yea, the snow is already almost completely gone and I'm probably going to start on Monday! Easter Sunday we are "revealing" the chicks to the kids and then the race is on before they outgrow the brooder. I may need to add a second room to it...
