These two are 4 months old now. Anyone have any more firm ideas as to hen or roo? They are quite sassy and have recently been pecking/jumping at me. They might just want out of the coop but we’ve had some fox attacks and they are practically blind so I’ve kept them in safe keeping for now 😂...

Her legs are mostly yellow. I agree, I think she had a single comb.

100% positive it was her who laid the egg. It was a mystery for a few days if it was her or my 18 week old silkie (unlikely!). Today I caught her laying and waited to make sure. Here’s a picture, it’s old and not great. I can try to get more in a little while.

My cream crested legbar has started laying eggs but they are a light beige colour. (Pictured beside a barred rock egg) Anyone know what’s up? Is this normal? I’ve never had a cream crested leg at before and was hoping for blue eggs of course... Thanks!

Hi! Just picked up 4 bantam “hens” as I was told. Wanted to make sure here...and see if anyone knows what breed/gender they are? I was told they are 5 months old if that helps.
