    This is the bird in question. I do not see any issue. Everything I have read said the red could be normal for a roo. I have other roos from same parents that are black and have a burgundy comb. It is driving me crazy.

    I also want to follow and learn more. I have a question. It sounds stupid. But, if I bought a silkie and it was the result of a silkie and some other type of bird and then I took that chick, raised it and mated it with a silkie what would it be?
