Manual Turning In An Automatic Incubator
I’m hatching duck eggs in my Maticoop X (20 capacity), although it only holds 16 duck eggs with the trays (18 if I have a few smaller ones). So I’m wondering if I could take the trays out to hold a higher capacity and manually turn them 3-5 times a day instead.- LexiLou27

Not Sure What’s Going on with my Duck Hen
My duck has been acting strange for ~2 days now, and I don’t know what’s going on. She’s staying away from the rest of the flock, and showing odd behavior like laying out in the middle of the yard alone, and lets me approach her without even sitting up. When they have a single red line/vein that cuts the egg in half, that means it’s 100% dead- LexiLou27

Are these eggs fertilized?
Would storing the eggs & building up a supply of them before incubating be okay since they would hatch many days apart? -
Are these eggs fertilized?
I also have another question @KathiQuacks , can I leave the eggs at room temp for the first week after collecting to see if they develop before incubating them?
