I'm an European who moved to Cambodia February 2020.

I got my chickens as pest control --there are LOTS of bugs here, including snakes-- and I've never been rendered a better service for such a little price before. They sold them to me as meat :) --they put the three of them with tied legs on a scale and said "it's $12" :) The chick I had to chase down myself and was for free because I managed :)

I love my chickens. They are part of the family now.
