How often do chickens need to be wormed? Mine are two months old.

I have 13 two month old chickens. One keeps moving her head from side to side. I was told she needs B-12. Has anyone else had this problem with their chickens? I'm sprinkling the B-12 granules daily.

My 13 healthy chicks are nearly 5 weeks old. I was told to keep them on medicated chick feed for 4 months. I have given them grated hard boiled eggs a couple of times with grit and they loved it. What else is safe to give them?
