This is my first time raising Golden Laced Wyandottes... They're just over 4 weeks now and my *gut* tells me that I've got a pair... Even though it's still early to tell, AND even though they're both pretty red in the comb already 🤣🙈🤣

Yes it's a fan from an old printer! I poked pencil sized vent holes on all 4 corners near the bottom, plus one on the fan sized and the opposite side, closer to the top.

And the "unknown" Svarts had some good veins, and weak life, but what looked like the beginning of blood rings. So I think I might've caught them right before they're about to lose their fight 😓

At the time of posting, I wasn't sure... But just got a second egg for the day, so they're definitely both laying now :) One was the super darkest egg, and the other was pretty light. So now I'm super curious to see how this progresses! Is one laying light and one dark? Or did one darken over...
